Digital Innovation Society supports research and development related to technological advancements. Digital Innovation Society is an independent academic initiative established in Germany to support research and scientific development. Within its broader mission of advancing research-based knowledge and academic exchange, the society conducts academic publishing as one of its formal activities. This publishing function is carried out in accordance with recognised scholarly practices, ethical principles, and the framework of German freelance scholarly work. As part of its publishing activity, the society publishes the Journal of Digitovation and Information System (JDIIS). The journal provides an international outlet for contemporary research addressing digital innovation, information systems, and technology adoption across organisational, educational, engineering, and health-related contexts. It is published in English on a biannual basis and is managed using the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
