Publication Ethics, Integrity and Misconduct Policy
The journal follows recognised publication ethics standards and guidance from COPE – Committee on Publication Ethics. Expected scholarly conduct includes originality, valid methodology, responsible citation practice, transparent authorship, and honest reporting. Misconduct such as plagiarism, duplicate submission, fabricated data, manipulated content, or undisclosed AI-generated material is unacceptable. Ethical concerns are assessed through documented procedures. Proven misconduct may result in rejection, correction, or retraction.

AI Usage and Generative Content Policy
Authors must disclose any use of artificial intelligence tools during manuscript development. AI tools cannot replace human academic judgment, interpretation, conceptual contribution, or accountability. Undisclosed AI-generated text, analysis, figures, or images are treated as ethical misconduct. Final responsibility for accuracy, originality, and academic validity remains with human authors.

Plagiarism and Originality Screening Policy
All submissions are screened for originality using recognised plagiarism detection systems, including iThenticate and Turnitin. The journal does not accept manuscripts with unethical similarity, text recycling, or inappropriate duplication. Serious plagiarism or academic misconduct may lead to rejection, withdrawal, or retraction, following recognised publication ethics procedures.

Crossmark Policy
Crossmark is implemented to confirm the current status of published articles and to help readers identify the authoritative version of record. The journal commits to maintaining published content and notifying readers when updates occur. Clicking the Crossmark logo shows whether an article is current or updated and provides publication history details.

Correction and Retraction Policy
The journal safeguards the accuracy of the scholarly record. Corrections, clarifications, expressions of concern, or retractions are issued when necessary to address inaccuracies or ethical issues. All notices remain permanently linked to the article.

Open Access, Licensing, Self-Archiving and Preservation Policy
The journal follows an open access model. Articles are freely available without subscription barriers. Content is published under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0). Authors may deposit approved versions in repositories with citation to the published version. Long-term preservation is ensured through PKP / OJS archiving infrastructure, including PKP PN, LOCKSS or CLOCKSS where available.

Research Ethics, Consent and Data Policy
Research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must meet recognised ethical review standards. Submissions must include ethics approval, consent, confidentiality safeguards, and responsible data conduct. Authors are encouraged to include data availability statements and use reputable repositories where appropriate.

Publication Fees Policy
The journal does not charge submission fees, review fees, or publication charges. Publication is free for authors globally.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy
Personal data of authors, reviewers, and readers is handled securely, confidentially, and used only for scholarly communication and editorial processes.

Ownership, Governance and Transparency Policy
The journal clearly communicates its ownership, editorial governance, management structure, and publishing responsibility. Sponsorship or institutional support is declared when relevant.

Publication Frequency and Archiving Policy
The journal publishes biannually on a defined schedule. Published material is preserved through recognised digital archiving systems within the OJS platform to ensure permanent accessibility. Each article receives a DOI via Crossref for stable citation records.

Advertising and Sponsorship Policy
If advertising or sponsorship is accepted, it is managed transparently and remains fully independent from editorial and peer review decisions. Commercial interests do not influence publication judgment.
