Crossmark Policy
Crossmark Policy
The Journal of Digital Innovation and Information Systems (JDIIS) applies the Crossmark service to ensure its published content’s authenticity, reliability, and currency. This initiative aligns with international standards for scholarly publishing and supports the journal’s commitment to long-term content integrity.
By integrating the Crossmark identification system, JDIIS enables readers to verify whether an article is the most recent version and to access any formal updates, including corrections, retractions, or editorial amendments. The Crossmark icon appears on the article’s landing page and PDF, providing a direct link to its update history.
Scope of Coverage
Crossmark is applied to all peer-reviewed content published by JDIIS. This includes original research articles, review papers, and editorials. Updates are issued only after editorial review and are documented transparently.
Types of Post-Publication Updates
Correction – For factual or production errors that do not alter the scientific interpretation.
Retraction – For content with serious ethical, methodological, or validity concerns.
Addendum – For supplementary information essential to the article’s understanding.
Expression of Concern – Issued when a potential issue is under investigation.
JDIIS is committed to maintaining accurate scholarly records and ensuring continued access to reliable research.
